It takes 25 years for complete maturation of the part of the brain that handles most of these functions! That’s right! Forget 18 as the age to be an independent adult. Not even 21 is quite there yet. Ever wonder why car insurance rates go down once you reach 25 years? Yep, they know. Judgment, logic and reason, emotional control – all of those are still immature until age 25, on average. So parental guidance can still be very very helpful until then. Listen and learn!
